My stay was an absolute nightmare! The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, which made it unbearable for me as someone allergic to smoke. When I voiced my concerns, the staff offered no real solution and the manager was unhelpful, refusing to even speak with me. I was appalled at the lack of concern for guests' comfort and health. after all the complaints, they simply told me I should have checked out instead of resolving the issue. What kind of customer service is that?

the only positive about this hotel was the bed, but it’s hard to enjoy when you’re scared to shower. the slippery tub would have made me feel like a stunt double, and oh, the lack of hot water? a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience woudl ve been nice, but I guess I’m just regular. just couldn’t give this a good review.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool was nice for relaxing after a day of exploring. We visited Burchfield Park and Maple Brook Golf Club, both just a quick drive away, and totally worth it for fun activities. Definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!
One downside was the gym equipment, which didn't work well. It could use an upgrade to enhance the fitness experience.

Family with children needs to reconsider
The front desk staff was helpful, which was a relief after the long drive. The kids enjoyed the average pool but it was freezing cold!
